LEISURE PREOP is a pre-surgery drink providing 12.5% Complex Carbohydrate to manage patient's nutritional status before surgery.
Main ingredients
Water, Complex Carbohydrate (maltodextrin, isomaltodextrin, tapioca), palatinose, isomalt, Mineral Premix, natural identical apple flavor, citric acid, gum arabic, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stevia extract, Vitamin Premix, and apple.
Serving size and packing
200 ml carton (1 pack = 3 cartons, 1 box = 10 packs).
Indications
People who is indicated for surgery.
*Product is not suitable for infants.
**Product is not suitable for emergency surgery or patients with slow gastric emptying.
Suggested use
Drink directly under medical supervision. Shake well before using. Product tastes better when kept cold.
Recommended dosage by ERAS:
- 4 cartons (800 ml) at the night before surgery.
- 2 cartons 2-3 hours before surgery.
*Suitable dosage for individual patient should be followed by medical professional's instruction.
Storage
At room temperature, in cool, dry places, keep away from direct sunlight. Once opened, product should be used up within 24 hours; if not used up, cover tightly, the product must be stored in the refrigerator and used up within 30 hours.
Note
- Do not mix the product with water or other foods when using.
- Do not use when the box is bulged or damaged and the fluid is curdled.
- The product can be warmed up under 40oC.
- Due to the packaging properties, do not heat the entire carton in the microwave.
Expiration date
12 months from date of manufacture.
